Joli Alferez is a Filipino dentist and former reality TV personality who gained recognition as a housemate on “Pinoy Big Brother: Gen 11.” Known as “The Smiling Darling of Camarines Sur,” she balanced her dentistry studies while appearing on national television. After her stint in PBB, she completed her studies and successfully became a licensed Doctor of Dental Medicine in 2025, continuing to pursue both her professional career and occasional public appearances.
